Draft specification

There's a draft of planned changes and features for ePiX 0.9 at

This document is also linked from the "News" section of the project page.

If you're interested in the future development of ePiX, please read and
comment on this draft. The introduction is a bit long, but is written
partly for people who do not use ePiX regularly (e.g., new users), and
partly as a biased editorial of where ePiX fits into the LaTeX graphics
software ecosystem. :)
