New release (v0.8.7)

After some tweaking and enhancing of scripts (which were still failing
annoyingly when given malformed command lines), Version 0.8.7 is up.
Feedback (especially if (e)laps misbehaves) would be greatly appreciated.

Both scripts now accept command-line options. laps has fairly extensive
documentation --- do "laps --verbose --help" or "laps -v -h" --- but can
hang on LaTeX errors (hence the --verbose option:) Walter A. Kehowski's
suggestions for dvips options are no longer the default, but are still
available, either from the command line, or via ~/.dvipsrc.
