New release (v0.8.7rc11)

More bugs fixed in elaps: If the input file doesn't exist (or if neither
elaps nor epix can figure out what to do) elaps exits gracefully. This
will probably be the final 0.8.7rc; the stable release will be out within
a couple of days.

Separately, the file sizes on the web page are (finally:) correct, and the
screenshot quality has been *vastly* improved.
