More debugging

Late last night (EDT:) I put up a new pre-release package (with the same
name). The frame() constructor works, as do ellipses, circular arcs and
arrows. (Arrowheads -- which are now tiny cones -- are still a little
askew sometimes, but they're pretty close to working.)

Once the segment and circle classes are working (another day or two...?),
rc5 will be "officially" released, and I'll start work on updating the
samples and documentation. For purposes of backward compatibility (with
v0.8.9 input files), this package should now be usable (modulo the changes
mentioned yesterday).
