Ave-Zakai Taylor-Kelley -- Chinese Mathematics Your portion of the final project paper is fine as a description of the Chinese method for solving linear equations, by means of that one example. However, you have not indicated your source(s) and you have not said anything about how the Chinese method relates to the Gaussian Elimination method developed by European mathematicians in the 19th and 20th centuries. I am guessing that the bibliography and the historical sections were supposed to be written up by your partner Rosamund, so I'm not penalizing you for that. However, you will notice that one stage of the project (the annotated bibliography) was not completed at all. The project presentation, on the other hand, was quite good.
