  This is a very good improvement over the first version and I think
  you have successfully addressed my comments about working the theme
  of borders into your discussion.  Good work.

  A few minor points:

  (1) to refer to Book Two within the Histories, you shouldn't use
      the quotation marks as in "Book Two" (it's not a title, it's
      just a way to identify a section of the larger work).  

  (2) You have a number of typos for the word "Phrygian" (most often
      switching the r and the y).  More careful proofreading might
      help to catch some of those, but I know it's not always easy
      to see those things.  

  (3) "He called the Ionians concept of Egypt absurd" -- need the 
      apostrophe to make Ionian's the possessive.
