    Graphics Project

    Due: Monday, December 4, 5:00 p.m.

The goal of this project is to get some practice implementing a graphics program of your own design. Your project will involve the implementation of an animated graphics program. The animation should include the following elements (at a minimum):

    • At least 2 objects (not including the camera) that move independently
    • The following elements:
      • A user interface
      • Shading and/or texture mapping
      • A way to change camera position

You should try to go beyond the simple examples we did for homework and in class. Part of your grade will depend on originality and creativity. On one of the last two days of class you will present your implementation to the rest of the class with a 10 minute presentation. Part of your project grade will be based on this presentation. In addition your grade will reflect your programming style, the amount of detail in your project and how well your project runs on execution.
