    Graphics Project

Due: Thursday, December 4, in class

The goal of this project is to get some practice implementing a graphics program of your own design. Your project will involve the implementation of an animated graphics program. The animation should include the following elements:

    • At least 2 objects that move independently
    • At least 2 of the major concepts we discussed in class, such as shading, changing camera position or a user-interface.

You should try to go beyond the simple examples we did for homework and in class. Part of your grade will depend on originality and creativity. On one of the last two days of class you will present your implementation to the rest of the class with a 5-7 minute presentation. Part of your project grade will be based on this presentation. In addition your grade will reflect your programming style, the amount of detail in your project and how well your project runs on execution.
