    Response Questions

    Write a short answer (about 1/2 page double spaced per question) to each of the following (from chapter 2 of "Readings in CyberEthics")

    1) According to Larry Lessig, what are the four constraints for regulating people's behavior? Which of these constraints could pose the biggest threat to freedom on the internet (according to Lessig). Why?

    2) Summarize two of the reasons presented by the ACLU to argue that self-rating schemes will lead to censorship of considerable material on the internet. Do you agree with their arguments?
