My name is Francis Xavier Baker, and I will be your movement leader this evening.
Only the worthy will be permitted membership in the elite FXB Movement at the College of the Holy Cross. In order to join you must be willing to particpate in the following harrowing activities:

- Composing epic poetry (if you are unfamiliar with the appropriate meter, you can learn about it here)
- Helping old ladies carry their groceries to their car
