Calculus for Social Sciences II
Exam #2
Friday, March 30
The second exam covers Section 5.10 and Chapters 6 and Sections 7.1, 7.2.
You should go over the homework problems as
well as your class notes. Many of the problems and questions we discuss in
class and problems on quizzes are excellent examples of test questions. I have also listed some review
problems from Chapters 5, 6 and 7 below. Answers to even numbered problems are
provided.
You
may bring an 3x5 index card written on both sides to
the exam.
You will be given a scientific calculator for
the exam which does NOT have
graphing capabilities so be prepared to answer questions without your personal
calculator.
Cell phones and I-pods are not allowed during the exam. Please
leave them in your room or put them away in your backpack (make sure cell
phones are turned off).
Exam Review: We will review for the exam in Wednesday's
