Textbook: Calculus: concepts and contexts, 4th edition, by James Stewart. The text is available at the Holy Cross bookstore in a special soft-cover edition (for a significant discount versus the hard-cover edition). If you buy the book at the bookstore, be sure to get the stand-alone version of the book -- not the version bundled with WebAssign (which we will not use in this course). The ISBN for the stand-alone book is 1111006113.
