Calculus for Phys./Life Sciences 2

Exam #1

Wednesday, Feb. 12, 5:30 - 7:00 pm

The first exam covers Sections 6.1 - 6.4, 7.1 and 7.2. You should go over the homework problems as well as your class notes. Many of the problems and questions we discussed in class are excellent examples of test questions. I have also listed some sample problems from the Chapter 6 and 7 Reviews below. The exam will be designed to take an hour although you will have the full 90 minutes.

Be sure you have a solid understanding of both the 1st and 2nd Fundamental Theorems of Calculus!

Note: You will be given a scientific calculator for the exam which does NOT have graphing capabilities so be prepared to answer questions without your personal calculator.
