New release (v0.8.11rc16)

This release, which I expect to be very close to Version 1.0.0, includes:

* A script, flix, that creates mng animations (Jay Belanger's emacs mode
  handles .flx files) and some sample animations (that compile in under a
  minute each on my 1100 MHz development machine) in samples/extras

* Up-to-date and (once again) completely re-written documentation (in the
  source tarball only, not yet on the web page).

* Scattered bug fixes

The "Diff" and "Int" classes are now "D" and "I". Each has a P-valued ()
operator for plotting and an "eval" function for numerical evaluation.
laps has a "-t" option for plain TeX files.
