New release (v0.8.11rc11)

Just a few bug fixes, but this version Really Should compile cleanly:
* Rather than removing samples/koch.xp (which has sentimental attachment:)
  I've restored fractal curves (in curves.*)
* contrib should compile. It's untested, but Should still work.

Other changes:
* "mesh" is preferred over "Net"
* "Line" is slightly broken
* A "domain" class (mentioned in the previous email) is included, but not
  yet used for plotting.
