New release (v0.8.11rc4)

There's a new "sphere" class, similar to the segment and circle classes,
that (among other things) can be used to draw the outline of the unit
sphere for spherical plots. The visibility algorithm for spherical
plotting works regardless of the camera's location. (See J. L'helgoual's
loxodrome example in the sample document:)
