New release (0.8.10rc8)

This release is mostly debugging and cleanup, though there are a few new
features since 0.8.10rc6. (rc7 was posted a couple of days ago but didn't
get announced.) Please see the CHANGELOG for details; the high points are

- triples.cc is gone (everything is inlined in the header:)

- segment.* has been split into segment.* and circle.*. There are +
  (translation) and * (intersection) operators for segments and circles.

- "make" prints fewer (and friendlier?) messages

- polygon() draws a closed path, draw_polygon() prints only the coords
  of the vertices; polyline() is open

- The documentation and samples have been re-worked, and several errors
  have been fixed.
