New release (v0.8.10rc4)

Clipped plotting is implemented for wire mesh surfaces ("clipmesh"). The
clipping algorithms (for clipmesh and clipplot) are based on the bisection
method, and are cleaner, faster, and more accurate than the old clipplot
algorithm.
