New release (v0.8.10rc2)

More straightedge-and-compass constructions are supported: There's a
circle class that can be intersected with segments and other circles (with
similarly blunt error-handling as segments). A circle can be constructed
from a center and radius, two points (the center and a point on the
circle) or three points, and is rendered with draw(). Segments and circles
should be quite usable if you're careful to avoid empty intersections. :)

Current documentation is available separately.
