New release (v0.8.8)

There are two final changes:

* Shades of gray are made with a tpic "sh" special (Jay Belanger). The
 depth of gray is a float between 0 (white) and 1 (black).

* The extension ".xp" is used instead of ".epx" to flag input files. The
 old extensions (.c, .cc, .C, and .cpp) still work, and it's very easy to
 add/change the recognized extension list in elaps and (pr)epix.

Unless there are bugs that need to be fixed immediately, this will be the
final release of 2002.
