New release (v0.8.8rc4)

* The biggest user-visible change is, as announced earlier today, the "-p"
flag on elaps that allows LaTeX packages to be given on the command line.

* The other big change is that sample, config, and documentation files are
now installed in four subdirectories under $INSTALL_DIR/share/epix. The
documentation for the "contrib" package has finally been merged with the
tutorial.

* A few small bugs have been fixed. (No one's been using the contrib
package...? :)
