New release (v0.8.8rc4)

* The biggest user-visible change is, as announced yesterday, the "-p"
flag for elaps that allows LaTeX packages to be given on the command line.

* The other big change is that sample, config, and documentation files are
now organized in four subdirectories under $INSTALL_DIR/share/epix, and
the documentation for the "contrib" package has finally been merged with
the tutorial.

* A few small bugs have been fixed. (No one's been using the contrib
package...? :)

The mailing list should now prevent non-subscribers from posting. (The
change seems to work; please send email if there are problems.)
