Spam, apologies

I apologize for the spam from AuthorZone.com, and will put blocking in
place to make it impossible for non-members to post.

In ePiX news, elaps will soon accept LaTeX packages on the command line,
i.e., the command

  elaps -p <package> <file>

will use the LaTeX <package> when converting an epix/eepic <file> to eps.
