New release (v0.8.8rc1)

A bug fix and small new feature:
1. Heads of dashed/dotted arrows are drawn in "solid" style. (Oops:)
2. There's a V(triple) function that projects a triple to the viewing
plane. (This ad hoc output processing will be substantially re-written
in the foreseeable future.)
