New release (v0.8.7rc7)

At Andrew Sterian's suggestion, the wrapper script accepts all meaningful
compiler options. Precisely, the script is written for options listed in
the (possibly obsolete) man page for gcc/g++ V2.95.2, and all options but
-b (for cross compiling) and -o (to specify the name of the executable)
are accepted.

elaps hangs if epix fails; this will be fixed in the stable release.
