New release (v0.8.7rc6)

* elaps accepts epix' command line options, but it is a fatal error to
  specify options or filenames after the input filename
* elaps and epix now run *silently* on success

I hope this is the final 0.8.7 release candidate; if no bugs are reported
this package will be released as a stable version. If there's a good
reason to support compiler flags other than -I, -L, and -l, this is a good
time to mention it. :)

Angle unit changes (etc.) will be part of 0.8.8.
